V for Life roving chef Justina recently visited Oakley Grange care home to host a class in veggie cookery.

Justina demonstrated Lancashire hot pot, roasted cauliflower salad and apricot cake.

Chefs from Oakley Grange parent company Cinnamon Care attended the class, in which they had the opportunity to try making the recipes for themselves.
